The combination of flash and html with php,javascript, and jquery can be a great solution when modularity and non-persistent information is used. Databases linked to output modules for galleries and shopping carts with animation look great as a hybrid site. Menu systems with custom fonts and dynamic content combined with Ajax and streaming data work best when using the right combination of flash's amazing ability with bit blitting and media and server side php with javascript on top.
